Pie in the Sky

Perhaps because there has been a lot of out and out storytelling,

or perhaps its the beginning of the return of Karma,

But there seems to be some UFO aerial events lately.

And here is Kristols,

And here is Coulters.

And here is the POTUS

entertaining the young

and the old alike.

These are in Quicktime and

from One Good Move.

On a much more serious note.

Here is MLK's Beyond Vietnam Speech.

By 1967, King had become the country's most prominent opponent of the Vietnam War, and a staunch critic of overall U.S. foreign policy, which he deemed militaristic. In his "Beyond Vietnam" speech delivered at New York's Riverside Church on April 4, 1967 . King called the United States "the greatest purveyor of violence in the world today."

Time magazine called the speech "demagogic slander that sounded like a script for Radio Hanoi," and the Washington Post declared that King had "diminished his usefulness to his cause, his country, his people."

A year later, to the day, Martin Luther King was murdered.

According to this story by Scott Ridder,

"The American media today is sleepwalking towards an American war with Iran with all of the incompetence and lack of integrity that it displayed during a similar path trodden during the buildup to our current war with Iraq. "

Last night, at dinner, I asked my friend if she saw War on the horizon.

She in fact did.

The waiter saw only another fun run.

If you do not see a War with Iran in your planning horizon.

You are not paying attention.

Or in the Earthfamily.

the Martin Luther King speech is so powerful and so pertinent to this day and to the days ahead.

Listen as truth is spoken to power.
