Evildoers
Brother Pat is either into the sauce big time,
or his old age is coming to take him away.
If you haven't seen his call to murder the elected president of another country, because they have oil, then you missed a real doozy yesterday.
He is a perfect example of the American Taliban.
This is what Jesus said on the Mount:
"Stop judging, that you may not be judged.
For as you judge, so will you be judged, and the measure with which you measure will be measured out to you.
Why do you notice the splinter in your brother's eye, but do not perceive the wooden beam in your own eye?
How can you say to your brother, 'Let me remove that splinter from your eye,' while the wooden beam is in your eye?
You hypocrite, remove the wooden beam from your eye first; then you will see clearly to remove the splinter from your brother's eye.
"Do not give what is holy to dogs, or throw your pearls before swine, lest they trample them underfoot, and turn and tear you to pieces.

'Lord, Lord,
Did we not prophesy in your name?
Did we not drive out demons in your name?
Did we not do mighty deeds in your name?'
Then I will declare to them solemnly,
'I never knew you.
Depart from me,
you evildoers.'

The guys with W want the guy gone.
They sent a USAF plane to spirit him away once upon a time and he fooled them by having the poor rise up and reinstate him. (This is all off the cuff and not well researched.)
So why not whisper in the dufus' s ear, "Say this Pat and see if it floats?" We tried to off Castro once, according to historical rumor so let's see if some Christian jihadist might just pull the trigger?
Pat Robertson is a very sick person but he is a godly one and has a television cable networl with lot of crazy viewers.

We all need to thank Pat.
Pat is doing his part for "God" by working over time to create Armageddon within his lifetime.
I thought that the FCC regulated this type of behavior on TV... AND I could swear that there was a long standing practice of the "Fairness" doctrine AND that too has been abandoned by the FCC.
If you are a Christian religious extremist in America you can get away with treason....some Americans still remember Pat's last fatwa against the Supreme Court and our U.S. Judges. Nothing was done by our current Administration to hold dear Pat legally accountable for his actions.
Hey but then we have the Patriot Act to give us a warm fuzzy feeling of safety in our knowing that our Administration is our protector. The same Administration that (1) Robbed us of $100 Billion in a tax gift to wealthiest of the wealthy AND another $200 Billion in a boondoggle called the Iraq War, (2) repeatedly lied to us about almost everything of consequence to the American people, (3) created the largest debt in US history, (4) Supported Dick Chaney and Halliburton in profiteering from Iraq War and (5) continues to dismantle Democracy via an extremist Christian choke hold on media broadcasting networks and all three branches of our government.
Lets go for another four years with this Administration and completely tank our children's future if have not already done so.

Robertson has gone over the edge. Perhaps it is the sauce. Good post juxtaposing the evildoers with the message that they have twisted and contaminated.

Pat Robertson may be a crackpot but if we had applied his “assassination instead of military invasion” idea in Iraq we wouldn’t be there right now. Both acts, assassination of foreign leaders and unprovoked invasion of sovereign countries, are equally illegal. But the one doesn’t bring any money into the war chests of the dogs of war and the other brings billions.
