Gonu Rocks the Boats

Gulfnews reports today there are more than 100
ships birthing on Fujairan's coast and along the
coast of the UAE, and 180 ships pass thru
the Strait of Hormuz daily, mostly oil cariers.

The price of oil went up .25 a barrel today.

The Dow market "adjusted" by 100 points or so.

Turkey invaded Kurkistan in Northern Iraq.

The US Fleet so dramatically poised off
the coast of Iran is ducking 20-40 ft waves,
or gone.

US military bases in Oman?
Fine.

Anyone remember what happened to
the Spanish Armada?

Iran prepares for the the next hit.

More than 100 Pakistani fisherman
feared lost at sea.

Number of people injured or killed, unknown.

No damage to oil infrastructure of Middle East.

Nothing serious to be construed from
the Turkish invasion of Iraq.

Iraqi Parliment about to vote to end
the US Occupation.

On the way back from the grocery store this
afternoon I found myself singing
The Merry Minuet -- Kingston Trio
1959, which should, but doesn't seem to get old.
