I went by the Netroots Nation meeting today. It seemed like a reasonable, well intentioned group to me. Towards the evening, they gathered to listen to Howard Dean. They are streaming the keynotes.
Meanwhile, earlier today, Al Gore was being totally unreasonable.
And way right on.

Finally, someone has articulated the only real solution I have ever heard. This is our last best chance
to avoid the absolutely catastrophic weather meltdown we are causing.
Other nations will be compelled to follow our lead because this will affect every facet of every life on the planet. This will change the entire world economy and those left trying to go it the old way on the burning of fossil fuel will not be able to compete.
